What is the Law Enforcement Torch Run?

The Law Enforcement Torch RunĀ® (LETR) for Special Olympics is a pro-active community program that promotes and empowers LETR agencies/officers and their families to raise funds and awareness with and for Special Olympics. The LETR for Special Olympics engages law enforcement worldwide championing acceptance and inclusion for individuals with an intellectual disability.

Saskatchewan LETR

Saskatchewan LETR runs several different fundraising and awareness events across the province throughout the year in support of Special Olympics Saskatchewan. These events include: Torch Runs, Polar Plunges, Cops and Crepes (tip a cop) at Cora's Restaurants, Free Our Finest (roof sit), Truck Convoy and various other events, including golf tournaments, bingos and raffles.

Saskatchewan LETR makes a difference in the lives of over 1300 Special Olympics athletes in our province!

Where do the funds raised go?

All funds raised in Saskatchewan from LETR stay in our province. The funds go toward helping our 1,300 + Special Olympics athletes in a variety of ways, including: providing low to no cost year round programming and training, professional development opportunities, travel to competitions and Games and much more!
